Why you should work at Rocky Mountain Pet Care (RMPC)
🐾You have a love for animals and want to build relationships with pets of all kinds.
🐾You want to make a difference in our community by providing top quality care.
🐾You want to be more active and spend more time with animals.
🐾You have a flexible schedule and are looking for supplemental income.
Why this job might not be a good fit for you
🐾There are no guaranteed hours, and your schedule will change from week to week, often with little notice from the clients.
🐾We work outdoors in all weather. Including snow, rain, and heat.
🐾We work in the clients homes, so you will be expected to drive your own vehicle to each pet sit or dog walk.
🐾We are open 365 days a year, and most people travel for holidays thus needing a sitter, which means we are usually busy on major holidays.
🐾We work with animals, and sometimes those animals get sick, have accidents, have emergencies, or make messes. If cleaning up bodily fluids, strong smells, or administering medication gross you out or make you uncomfortable, then this may not be the job for you.
Requirements
🐾You must be at least 18 years old, be able to pass a federal background check, and legally work in the United States.
🐾You need a valid Driver's license and your own reliable transportation.
🐾You need to have a smartphone and be able to use the apps RMPC uses to communicate with clients, and be able to communicate via text messaging.
